Our Story
Python's Grill and Bar was born in 2019 from a simple idea: a neighborhood spot where the food hits hard, the drinks are crafted with care, and the music sets the mood. Founded by lifelong friends Marco Reyes and Dina Okafor, Python's brings together classic grill traditions with global flavors, all served in a waterfront space that feels like your favorite corner of Long Island. Every dish is made with locally sourced ingredients. Every cocktail is built by hand. Every night is a reason to come back.

Co-Founder & Head Chef
15 years in professional kitchens from Brooklyn to the Hamptons. Marco brings bold East Coast flavors and an obsession with fire-grilled perfection.
Co-Founder & Bar Director
A classically trained mixologist with roots in West African cuisine. Dina curates every cocktail and oversees the entire beverage program.
Sous Chef
CIA grad with a passion for scratch-made sauces and pasta. Jordan runs the day-to-day kitchen and develops seasonal specials.
