Sal Marino opened the doors in 1987 with a simple idea: make sandwiches the way his mother made them. Fresh bread, quality meats, nothing out of a package if he could help it.
Almost four decades later, his sons Anthony and Marco run the counter with the same standards. The recipes haven't changed. The bread still comes from the same bakery in Ronkonkoma. The pastrami is still cured in-house, the same way it always has been.
