Not in the monthly, and quoted before any work starts: big product catalogs, custom apps or member areas, connecting tools you already use (like your books or your register), and moving a large old site. Your web address is registered in your name, and your data and customers are yours.
Book a call and we set your plan up together, at the flat monthly rate. In your first year, two months are free, applied as credits on your invoices.

Questions
Your data, your customers and your web address are yours. The site’s code stays with us. If you ever leave, we export your data so you can take it anywhere.
We move you over without starting from zero on Google: every old page is pointed to the right new one. Sydney's Sweets moved after twelve years online and kept their rankings.
When you start on a monthly plan, there's no separate build fee. Building your site and your system is part of the plan. Anything outside your plan is quoted separately.
A simpler build can be live in two to three weeks. Sydney's Sweets, a full store with its admin and a move off their old site, took about six. Our target is 21 days.
We do one-off jobs too, like a citation cleanup, a Stripe setup or a redirect map, without a monthly plan. They run $300 to $1,500 depending on the job, quoted flat, not by the hour.
Only if you choose it. By default, every message and reminder is set up with you and approved by you before it goes out the first time. After that it runs on its own, and you can change it or switch it off, or go fully automatic from the start.
Plans run twelve months. After that, cancel in writing with 30 days' notice. Your customers and your data go with you, because we export them for you.
We'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit. Sometimes the answer is not yet.
