Admin portals. Dashboards. Intake forms. Dispatch tools. Built around how your business actually works — not how some generic SaaS platform decided it should work. You own the code, the data, and the customers.
Most small businesses end up renting their operational software — a Shopify subscription here, a Calendly there, a HoneyBook for forms, a Zoho for CRM, an Asana for tasks. Five subscriptions, none of them talking to each other, all of them locking your data inside their platform. Apeiron Custom Apps is the opposite: one tool, built for how your business actually runs, with all your data in one place — and you own it.
Custom Apps are scope-fee work within Apeiron OS, quoted flat per project.
One monthly system, three bands — Band I, II, and III, priced by your business rather than per service. Everything on this page is delivered through Apeiron OS.

Read case study →Yes. Always. Every custom app we build for you is yours. If you ever wanted to leave Apeiron OS, you'd export the code and the data and keep operating. We're not a SaaS that locks you in — we're an operating partner that does work you own.
Yes — within reason. We integrate with Stripe for payments, Google Calendar, Resend for email, R2 / S3 for file storage, and most common business tools that have an API. If your existing tool doesn't have an API, we can usually still find a workaround.
Yes. Every custom app we build is mobile-responsive by default. Your team can log in from a phone in the field.
It depends on scope. A simple intake form portal is a smaller scope fee (usually $500-$1,200) on top of your OS plan. A full operational portal like Sydney's is a larger build. We quote every project flat — no hourly billing surprises.
Sometimes. If the original developer used standard tooling and documented it, yes. If it's a tangle of unmaintained code with no docs, it's usually faster and cheaper to rebuild than to inherit.
