Client Content
If you are a client engaging our services, you retain ownership of content you provide to us (text, images, branding materials, etc.). You grant Python Visuals the right to use this content as necessary to deliver the contracted services. Upon completion of your project and payment in full, you own the final website or deliverable.
Portfolio and Case Studies
We may request permission to feature completed client work on our Site or in case studies. Use of your project in our portfolio is subject to a separate written agreement.
4. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including Cloudflare, Supabase, and Google Fonts. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not endorse or assume liability for any third-party content or services.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Python Visuals provides the Site "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- We disclaim all warranties regarding third-party services (Cloudflare, Supabase, Google Fonts, etc.)
- In no event shall Python Visuals be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or inability to access it
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us, whichever is less
